Welch Street Studios is a one of a kind rental for working artists. Studios are located upstairs at 1178 and 1180 Welch Street and new studios will be available soon on the main floor at 1176 Welch Street.

Thank You for visiting our studios during the 2026 North Shore Art Crawl. The annual arts festival offers art enthusiasts an insider’s look into the vibrant North Shore arts scene.
What started with just two local artists, Norman Vipond and Sandrine Pelissier’s vision has blossomed into the incredible North Shore Art Crawl! It all started at the studio on Pemberton Ave and moved to our own Welch Street Studios. In its 16th year, it featured 100 artists in 70 locations across West Vancouver and North Vancouver.

New Studios Coming Soon
Studios at our 1176 address on the main floor have been rented and will open on December 1st, 2026. Please fill out the application form to get on the studio waiting list.
Some of the benefits included: On site parking, kitchen, most studios have 18’ high ceilings (with some additional storage space at 9’ height), wide hallway (to show art pieces), workshop rental space available and a free mini gallery to feature monthly artist shows (utilizing a hired curator), free wifi, and an artist web page on our website.
